1. Final Sale Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized items (including Nikkah bundles, labels, and special requests)

  • Food items, snacks, candies, and consumable products

  • Items marked as final sale

These items are prepared specifically for you and cannot be resold.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us assist you, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item received

  • Photos of the outer packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability and the situation.


3. No Returns for Delays

Please note:

  • Shipping delays are not grounds for refunds or returns, especially as all orders are shipped internationally.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs, carriers, or international transit delays beyond our control.


4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders for non-customized items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Customized orders cannot be canceled or changed once processing has begun.


5. International Orders

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • International orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • We are not responsible for delays, holds, or actions taken by customs authorities.

If a refund or credit is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
