Standard items typically take 15–20 business days to ship.
Customized items may take longer than 20 business days due to additional preparation time.

Delivery times may vary due to shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen delays. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products:

Customized and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Food items and consumables are final sale.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you.
